Throughout my career I gained experience in the following areas:
Marketing Management
As a Marketing Manager I was responsible for all marketing activities for different company types and in various sectors. I determined product strategies (pricing, promotion, positioning...), managed budgets, was responsible for communications (email campaigns, website, social media), organized events... I coördinated and executed website development, content creation for website, mail and brochures, email campaigns, events...
Project Management
As a Project Manager I was responsible for the follow-up of entire projects. I was the contactperson for clients, suppliers and colleagues. I planned the ordering of basic materials, coordinated planning and production and prepared transportation.
Account Management
In my 6 years experience as an Account Manager I was the contactperson for clients. By detecting their needs and problems and by offering appropriate solutions, I earned their trust and was able to realize longterm relationships. In close collaboration with the team members, I coördinated internal follow-up (planning installation, training, customer support...). My sales experience is a great asset to be able to align marketing activities and sales.
People Management
As the leader of a small sales and aftersales team I gained experience in coaching and supporting people to contribute in realizing company objectives. I encouraged team members to be engaged and to introduce solutions that lead to better services to clients and a better work environment.

As Marketing and Sales Manager I was responsible for the management of the marketing budget and marketing activities and of the management of the sales and aftersales team. This included:

Successful launch of new products (medical devices) and management of all marketing and sales activities: awareness creation (e-mailcampaigns, website content, brochures), promotional campaigns, demonstrations, closing sales...

Responsible for the complete organization of our annual event: HealthOne Day. Realized to increase the number of inscriptions each year.

Expanded market to new segment: ENT-specialists.

Supporting sales & aftersales team to meet objectives. Prepare regular meetings, follow-up on open issues, work on solutions for more efficiency, e.g. launch of project to digitalize manuals (with DITA xml).
