HDMP develops medical software (patient healthcare records) for mainly general practitioners.
As Marketing and Sales Manager I was responsible for the management of the marketing budget and marketing activities and of the management of the sales and aftersales team. This included:
Successful launch of new products (medical devices) and management of all marketing and sales activities: awareness creation (e-mailcampaigns, website content, brochures), promotional campaigns, demonstrations, closing sales...
Responsible for the complete organization of our annual event: HealthOne Day. Realized to increase the number of inscriptions each year.
Expanded market to new segment: ENT-specialists.
Supporting sales & aftersales team to meet objectives. Prepare regular meetings, follow-up on open issues, work on solutions for more efficiency, e.g. launch of project to digitalize manuals (with DITA xml).
Other: determine product strategy (pricing, promotion, distribution…), manage all communications: email (Mailchimp), website, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn)
